mPOINTS are the mobile web’s premiere virtual reward currency. You can collect mPOINTS across a network of participating apps by doing the things you already love doing within those apps. You can redeem your mPOINTS for gift cards, promotions or donate them to any number of worthy charities. Check out our informational video here!
Yes, you can collect up to 500 points in any app without registering for an mPOINTS account. However, once you reach that 500-point limit, you must create an mPOINTS account to continue collecting points. Creating an account is easy (see instructions and help here) and only takes a second. Once you create an account, you’ll be able to pool ALL your points from ALL your apps and devices into one point balance, and they’ll add up much faster!
Each member may only have ONE mPOINTS account. Having more than one account per person is a violation of our terms of service, so be sure to log in with the same email address and password or Facebook account on ALL your mPOINTS apps and devices.
The purchases you make with your mPOINTS are processed regularly in batches, so if you don’t get your gift card right away, please be patient as it is likely simply in processing and will be delivered in the next batch. Almost all orders are processed within 2 business days. PLEASE NOTE this does not include weekends and holidays. You can redeem the mPOINTS you collect for many rewards in our Rewards Store, purchase additional entries into Sweepstakes, or you can donate them to great, causes, too. Here’s how:
Each of our users’ orders is processed and approved individually by one of our customer support specialists, so please allow 2 business days for the processing and fulfillment of your order, not counting weekends and holidays.
Each account is limited to ordering up to $25 worth of rewards per day. All your rewards that you order in one day must have a face value total of $25 or less. For example, three $5 gift cards and a $10 card. Please note that this does include both charity donations and contest entries.

Accessing your existing mPOINTS account is a little different in the NFL ’12 app, but it’s still easy to collect mPOINTS in it! All you have to do is find the situation that applies to you below and follow the corresponding instructions. If You Do Not Have An NFL Account Yet:

Our support staff is thoroughly familiar with all the apps in which mPOINTS are found. However, how the app itself works is set by the developer of the app, not mPOINTS. With updates being constantly released, sometimes these features change daily. Our support staff does their best to stay on top of these, but with dozens of apps now supporting mPOINTS, it’s impossible for us to provide documentation for every feature for all of our apps in real-time. If you have a question about the app that is unrelated to mPOINTS, we encourage you to contact the app developers via their support channels or via their Google Play or iTunes page. If that still doesn’t help, please do feel free to submit a support request below, and we’ll try to find out for you.
How each achievement for each app is earned is set by the developer of the app. Sometimes these change on a day-to-day basis. We try to stay on top of these here, but with dozens of apps now supporting mPOINTS, it’s impossible for us to provide documentation or support for every type of achievement in all of our apps in real-time. For this reason, the best and most up-to-date source for information about how to achieve things within a particular app is by contacting the app developers via their support channels or via their Google Play or iTunes page. Yes! All unclaimed achievements will be posted to your “Achievements” tab for seven (7) days after having earned the achievement. Unclaimed achievements will be deleted from your roster at the end of the seventh day.
Remember, unclaimed achievements do expire after 7 days, so hopefully you get this in time and this helps you get those points added to your balance!

There should be a link on the main screen of all our participating apps. Usually, it’s a small icon of the mPOINTS logo. The portal can also be found at the end of any Bonus Point experience.
At this time, we limit the number of points you can earn with in-app achievements to 2500 points per day. This does NOT include bonus points or sponsored ads – only the points you earn while using the apps themselves. We’re still a relatively new program and trying to find the best fit for us, so this daily limit is subject to change at any time, and are based on a number of different factors. We’re always working to adjust the program to be both sustainable for us and fun for our users. Again, any bonus points from our sponsors don’t count toward this limit. This means you can earn many extra points by completing our sponsor achievements. Press the “Explore” tab in the new portal, then look under the “Bonuses” section for all the extra ways you can earn more points. Currently, we have a 500-point limit PER APP. That means that each day, you can earn up to 500 points in EACH of your mPOINTS apps, up to 2500 points per day in total. Once you reach that 500 point threshold in an app, the app won’t allow you to collect any more points until the next day. We encourage our users to explore the dozens of apps in our network, a running list which can be found here. Simply install 5 or more of our apps on your device, and you’ll easily be able to reach your daily limit once more! Remember, every app has different bonus point opportunities, which DON’T count toward your daily limit – so be sure to check out all the ways you can earn extra points in the BONUS POINTS tab of every app!
